We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, and managing a team of talented chefs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and experience working in high-end hotels or restaurants. This role offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, as well as accommodation and the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, recipe development, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all dishes
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure timely delivery
- Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high levels of skill and knowledge within the culinary team
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to create unique dining experiences for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative menu items while also adhering to budget constraints
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Fluent in English (preferred)
