Restaurant Manager
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco
Salary: 1000$
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and maintaining high levels of food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
