Restaurant Manager (Temporary)
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager for a temporary position in Monte-Carlo. This is an urgent job, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
As a temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall restaurant performance.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and schedule staff shifts
- Train new employees
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Track sales and expenses to ensure profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1700 per month.
