Dietitian for a Luxurious Wellness Retreat in Monte-Carlo



We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dietitian to join our luxurious wellness retreat in Monte-Carlo. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy and balanced lifestyles for our guests. You will work closely with our team of fitness instructors, nutritionists, and therapists to create personalized nutrition plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each guest.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of guests' dietary needs and preferences
- Develop personalized nutrition plans to support guests' health and wellness goals
- Monitor guests' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Educate guests on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure meals align with guests' dietary requirements
- Lead cooking classes and workshops on healthy meal preparation
- Conduct seminars and presentations on various nutrition-related topics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Proven experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate others
- Strong knowledge of various dietary theories, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.
- Knowledge of food allergies and sensitivities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship (accommodation is not provided)
