Junior Dietitian in Monte-Carlo

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized nutrition assessments to determine clients' dietary needs and goals
- Develop and implement tailored meal plans based on clients' health conditions, allergies, and lifestyle preferences
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits and provide resources for maintaining a balanced diet
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition to continuously improve services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification preferred, but not required for entry-level position
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and medical nutrition therapy
- Proficient in conducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized meal plans
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
