Seasonal Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager for our busy, upscale restaurant in Monte-Carlo. This is a seasonal position with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations in the restaurant
- Train and manage staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff and manage labor costs
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Continuously strive to improve sales, profitability, and overall performance of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to create schedules that optimize staffing levels while controlling labor costs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and POS systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this seasonal position.
