Barista - Temporary (Monte-Carlo)


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Monte-Carlo for a temporary position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee-based beverages and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure quality standards are met in every drink served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Engage with customers to promote new products or specials
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have previous experience handling cash transactions
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
