Temporary Barista - Monte-Carlo


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis in Monte-Carlo. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and must possess a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the cafe and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Ensure all drinks are made to the customer's preference while following standard recipes
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Keep the cafe clean and tidy at all times by wiping counters, tables, and equipment
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure the correct change is given to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Must have excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, blends is preferred
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A valid biometric passport is required

Salary: $1600 per month
