Experienced Barista



We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and previous experience as a barista.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure high-quality standards in the preparation of all drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
