Construction Project Manager
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Monte-Carlo. As the project manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. Your role will also involve coordinating with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure successful project completion within the given timeline and budget.
Your duties will include:
- Creating project schedules and timelines
- Managing project budgets and ensuring cost efficiency
- Overseeing construction progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Communicating with contractors, architects, and other team members to resolve any issues or delays
- Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and materials
- Ensuring timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment for construction
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: 1400$ per month
