Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Monte-Carlo. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, clients, and team members. They should also have a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position does not require prior experience but on-the-job training will be provided. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate, as well as a free visa and ticket to Monte-Carlo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Manage project budget and provide regular reports on expenses
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Supervise construction crew to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in project management (preferred)
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or project management tools
