Office Assistant
We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, place orders when necessary
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Attend meetings and take minutes when needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; fluency in French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.
Location:
This job is based in Monte-Carlo. Applicants must have their own valid visa for Monaco.
