Head Pastry Chef in Monte-Carlo, Monaco
Calling all experienced and creative Pastry Chefs! We are seeking a highly skilled Head Pastry Chef to join our team at our luxury restaurant in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all pastry and dessert creations for our restaurant. You must have a passion for pastry and a strong understanding of flavor combinations, techniques, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative pastry and dessert menus
- Oversee the preparation and production of all pastries and desserts
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control of pastry ingredients
- Train and develop junior pastry chefs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts preferred
- Knowledge of European-style pastries and desserts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus benefits. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside of Monaco.
