As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in retail stores. Your role will involve creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with store managers to ensure timely and effective product placement.

To excel in this position, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think creatively. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to create effective product displays that attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking

- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotions and marketing strategies
- Maintain visual standards of products by regularly rearranging displays and restocking shelves
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback on products and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of current market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
