Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our company. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales through targeted marketing efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to continuously improve our products and services
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies and achieve company objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proficient in using CRM software systems to manage customer information and track sales progress
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop a successful sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Fluent in English (French or Italian language skills are a plus)
- Must be willing to work full-time in Monte-Carlo without accommodation
