Merchandiser (Monte-Carlo)


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and presenting product displays in retail stores and ensuring that they are visually appealing and well-stocked. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating an attractive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies in collaboration with the sales team
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and inventory levels
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase products in an appealing way
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store managers to ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness, identify any issues, and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of current merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and store managers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Must be detail-oriented, creative, and have a good eye for design
