Part-time Sales Manager
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients that showcase our products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance data and analyze trends to make strategic adjustments as needed
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Monaco
