Sales Manager (Monte-Carlo)
We are in search of a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify potential new clients through market research and networking events
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English (French language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit/visa for Monte-Carlo
