Plumber Technician


As a Plumber Technician in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of water supply and sanitation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Read blueprints and follow building codes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of plumbing systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumbing Technician
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or crawling into tight spaces
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a vocational school or apprenticeship is a plus
- Must have own tools
- Fluency in French is preferred
