Entry-Level Baker

As an Entry-Level Baker, you will work alongside experienced bakers to learn the ins and outs of our bakery operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Learn how to properly measure ingredients, mix dough, and operate baking equipment
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes closely
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
