Head Baker


As the Head Baker at our luxury bakery in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a professional bakery setting. We are seeking a skilled and creative baker who is capable of producing high-quality baked goods to meet the demands of our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of bakers to ensure efficient and timely production of baked goods
- Develop and implement new recipes and techniques to keep our bakery offerings fresh and innovative
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation
- Train new staff members on baking techniques, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to plan menu offerings and special events

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional baker, preferably in a similar high-end bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Experience managing or supervising a team is preferred but not required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship
