Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
