Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Help with event planning and coordination for company events
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
