Part-Time Administrator


We are hiring a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule and has availability during business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing appointments and calendars
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with data entry and report generation
- Performing other general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as an administrator or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Salary: $1200 per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco (work permit or own visa required)
