Body Repair Master



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided, and we offer free visa and ticket services for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessment of vehicle damage and develop repair plan
- Repair or replace damaged body parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Straighten bent frames and other structural components
- Weld or bond panels together to repair or replace damaged areas
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs are completed to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Keep track of parts inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, including welding, sanding, painting, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repair plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and able to lift heavy objects if required
