Our busy office in Monte-Carlo is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing support to our team members.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for team members
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Oversee budgeting and financial tasks such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Act as a liaison between various departments within the company
- Ensure that the office is clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Fluency in English (French or Italian proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, including women.
