Job Title: Office Manager
As an Office Manager in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management and staff, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assist with the hiring process by coordinating interviews and completing necessary paperwork for new hires
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, providing support where needed
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in office processes and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Manage schedules for senior management and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport is required
