As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to promote the hotel's services and facilities
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and analyzing competitors
- Create sales strategies to target key markets, including corporate, leisure, and group segments
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery for guests
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel's services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
