Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager in Monte-Carlo
We are currently seeking a part-time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services and facilities to potential customers, including individual travelers, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Create and present proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Monte-Carlo without accommodation or visa sponsorship
Salary: $1700 per month for 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule available.
