Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager in Monte-Carlo


Are you a passionate and driven individual with experience in hotel sales? We are seeking a part-time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and maintaining existing ones to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking events, trade shows, and other channels
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Keep track of sales performance through regular reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work part-time hours including weekends and evenings if required

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

This position is based in Monte-Carlo. Please note that accommodation and visa sponsorship are not provided.
