Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Monte-Carlo. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This position is suitable for men and does not require prior experience, as we are committed to providing training for the right candidate. We also offer accommodation as part of the compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new markets and opportunities to attract guests
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and other industry events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to inform sales strategies
- Develop pricing strategies based on market demand and hotel goals
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and budget forecasts
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
- Knowledge of the hotel industry, market trends, and competitors' strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
