Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Monte-Carlo

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel team located in Monte-Carlo. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with excellent communication skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Arrange reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options in Monte-Carlo
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Monte-Carlo
