We are seeking a part-time concierge to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for supplemental income or a part-time job. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Coordinate special requests such as room upgrades, birthday celebrations, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on requests and concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of Monte-Carlo area and attractions is preferred
