Temporary Concierge



We are seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests during their stay.

Salary:
1300$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be legally eligible to work in Monte-Carlo without accommodation
