Seasonal Concierge in Monte-Carlo


We are hiring a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a luxurious setting.

Salary: $1300 per month

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to work in Monte-Carlo during the specified season
- Must have a valid visa and be eligible to work in Monte-Carlo
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation or reservations for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
