As a Network and Systems Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our company's computer systems and networks. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is also required. Additionally, experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is preferred.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's network by implementing firewalls and other security measures. You will also be responsible for regularly backing up data to prevent loss in case of system failures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues in a timely manner. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with other team members to identify and resolve network or system problems.

This position requires someone who is highly organized with great attention to detail. You must also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience in network administration. However, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience or relevant certifications such as CCNA or MCSA.
