Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers by phone, email, or in person. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and applications, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position in La-Condamine with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for international candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems, applications and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends and provide recommendations to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software and peripherals
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
Location: La-Condamine (free visa & ticket)
Salary: 1300$ per month
