Back-End Developer

A fast-growing tech startup in La-Condamine is seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient and reliable server-side code for our web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Work closely with the product team to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
- Develop and maintain databases to support web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
