Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer


As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models. You will collaborate with a team of data scientists and software engineers to design and deploy scalable solutions for complex data problems. Your expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and programming will be instrumental in building cutting-edge AI applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy machine learning solutions
- Conduct research on new techniques and approaches in the field of machine learning
- Optimize model performance by fine-tuning parameters and identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning solutions
- Proficiency in Python or R programming languages
- Strong understanding of statistics and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
