QA Engineer

We are in need of a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in La-Condamine on a contract basis. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products before they are released to the market. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products
- Identify bugs, track defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously fixed issues do not resurface
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of the product
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Experience with automated testing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
