Senior Level Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software applications and systems, utilizing your expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. This is a part-time position suitable for students or individuals without prior work experience in the field.

As a Senior Level Developer, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet project requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers on software development best practices
- Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, reliability, and performance
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
