Part-Time Android Developer


We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Android Developer to join our team in La-Condamine. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Android applications for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to create high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Android development ecosystem and experience with Java and Kotlin programming languages. Experience with third-party libraries such as Retrofit and RxJava is also preferred. Knowledge of best practices for coding, debugging, and troubleshooting is essential.

As a part-time developer, you will have flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field while balancing other commitments or responsibilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with Android Studio and the Android SDK
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Understanding of design patterns such as MVP or MVVM
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and fix bugs in existing codebase
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Follow best practices for coding standards, code reviews, testing, etc.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in La-Condamine but remote work can also be considered.
