As a Teamlead in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. You will oversee the daily operations of the team, assign tasks and ensure timely completion, as well as provide guidance and support to team members. You will serve as a liaison between upper management and the team, communicating project updates, challenges, and successes.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar field. You should possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively delegate tasks and manage conflicts within the team.
