We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in La-Condamine. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects and achievement of company goals.

Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs and provide necessary support for the professional development of team members.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
