We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in the beautiful city of La-Condamine, Monaco. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This role offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and comes with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality of work
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a team lead or in a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa or be eligible for sponsorship in Monaco
