We are a rapidly growing company in search of a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving goals
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello or Asana (preferred)
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
