Entry-Level Project Manager
As an entry-level project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of a project. This includes creating and maintaining project schedules, managing budgets, communicating with team members and clients, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project. This is a contract position in La-Condamine, suitable for men without prior experience in project management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a leadership role is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools
- Monitor progress of tasks and ensure they are completed on time
- Track project expenses and manage budgets effectively
- Communicate with team members to assign tasks and provide updates on progress
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Identify potential risks or conflicts and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate effective communication between team members
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and other key metrics for stakeholders
