Project Manager – La-Condamine, Monaco



As the Project Manager for our company in La-Condamine, Monaco, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all required specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and assign tasks
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and address any issues
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Provide guidance and support to team members when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- PMP certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
