Contract Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Contract Web Designer to join our digital marketing team in La-Condamine. As a Contract Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is a contract position without accommodation or visa sponsorship, and we welcome applications from all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Create website layouts and designs that align with our clients' brand image and goals
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Conduct user research to understand target audience and incorporate user feedback into design decisions
- Utilize industry best practices in web design to create modern, responsive, and engaging websites
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within budget constraints
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a web designer or similar role, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design software
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
