Part-Time Interpreter


We are seeking a skilled Interpreter to join our team in La-Condamine. As a part-time employee, you will have a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with various clients and industries. Your main responsibility will be providing accurate interpretation services between individuals who speak different languages.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between individuals who speak different languages
- Translate written documents and materials as needed
- Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all interpretations
- Maintain confidentiality of all information exchanged during interpretations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
- Fluent in at least two languages, including English
- Proven experience as an interpreter or in a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity when working with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant certification or degree in Interpretation or related field
- Experience working with women or diverse communities
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend assignments
